Embedded Systems West – a strange place…

I’m at Embedded Systems West in San Jose for a few days – Today we had a 4.3 magnitude earthquake in San Jose, which was nice.

San Jose is an interesting town – I’m staying in a hotel that looks like it has about 20 floors, my hotel room is on a middle floor, the fire escapes have a sign that says “EXIT – Stairs Down” – interestingly, if you open the door the stairs go down, and up!

And, there’s always the Knight Rider building… I wonder if KITT is parked under the building.

Tomorrow is the Windows Embedded general session, I’m sure there are going to be a number of items to comment on, look out for a blog post tomorrow.
