Sean posts about thisisbroken.com. This site is one of the outlets for Mark Hurst, and I totally agree with Sean that it's important to understand what's broken. The posts are also really funny! Mark's main website is www.goodexperience.com, and he also has a newsletter that is generally a wealth of interesting information - I highly recommend it.
