Just wanted to post an update on the install failures that several users have reported. Paul, the main setup dev, has looked at four setup logs. One pointed at a problem with the .NET Compact Framework installing. For a different user, the problem seemed to be with a bad ISO burn. He's still analyzing the other two. We just had a discussion in the hallways and everyone agreed that fixing this problem is our top priority for the setup team. Hopefully I can post more info before the end of the week.
Again, if you get a setup failure, it would help us a lot if you would send me your log.
