One Windows SDK Setup problem is resolved

I mentioned earlier today that a user had a problem with a bad ISO burn of the December CTP of the Windows SDK. If you run into an error that reports that a CAB file is not signed, try re-downloading the ISO and reburning. The user reported success when he did that.
