No on-prem AIP Scanner data recorded in Activity Explorer

Hi,

According to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/data-classification-activity-explorer-available-events?view=o365-worldwide, Activity Explorer should show data from many sources including:

  • Azure Information Protection (AIP) unified client and AIP unified scanner

Well, we have run and rerun the on-premises AIP Unified Scanner, and NONE of the results have ever appeared in Activity Explorer. And we have tried this across 3 different Azure Tenants.
So is that feature still coming to Activity Explorer?
All our AIP Unified Scanner logs still land up in the AIP Activity Logs in Azure Portal.
