FsLogix Upgrade Procedure

Kind of new to FsLogix since we are moving off Citrix Profile Management. I am wondering what the upgrade procedure from one version of FsLogix to a newer version would be on my Citrix environment. Is it as simple as running the newer version FSL Apps installer on the MCS master, or are there other steps that must be taken prior to and after? I have looked all over the internet and cant seem to find an answer to what this procedure is.
