Unfortunately, Windows only stores a limited view of the product key (the last five characters) for security reasons, and there is no supported way to reconstruct the full key from that partial information. Commands such as slmgr /dlv or similar tools will show activation details, but they cannot reveal the complete product key.

If your server is already activated, the good news is that it will remain activated and continue to function normally. You only need the full key again if you plan to reinstall Windows Server 2025 or move the license to another machine. In that case, the best option is to check whether the key was embedded in the firmware/BIOS, some OEM systems store it there, and you can retrieve it using wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey. If the key was manually entered from a sleeve or card, however, it will not be stored in the BIOS.

The most reliable path forward is to contact your hardware vendor or reseller with proof of purchase. They can issue a replacement key or guide you through recovery. Microsoft support cannot regenerate a lost or damaged key from partial information alone.
