A family of appliances and solutions for offline data transfer to Azure.
Hi Sagar Kumar,
Thanks for reaching out in Microsoft Q&A forum,
[ERROR]: Could not unlock any of the drives with the provided passkey.
[ERROR]: Could not verify any of the unlocked drives. Failed volumes: /dev/sdv
The above error typically indicates issues with the passkey, tool execution, system requirements, or disk connection.
- Start by double-checking the passkey you copied from the Azure portal's Device Details make sure there are no extra spaces or typos, and if there are multiple disks, use semicolons to separate them like passkey1;passkey2.
- Run the tool as admin on Windows (PowerShell 5.0 required) or with sudo on Linux after the prep script and always test with the /SystemCheck flag first to spot setup issues.
- The /dev/sdv path points to Linux, so verify the disk shows up correctly with lsblk, re-download fresh toolset from the portal, and avoid any BitLocker popups just use the official DataBoxDiskUnlock utility.
Kindly refer the below follow the document which I shared to unlock the Azure data box in your environment.
Update:
