Azure Import/Export job to export to a disk Status

I put in an Azure Data Box Import/Export job to export to a disk I sent to Microsoft, and my disk was received on 10/29. It says in 3-5 days the data copy should begin. Nothing has happened and it is just sitting there. Does anyone know a phone number or place where I can get the status besides what is in the portal?

    Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

    Update:

    As discussed with the backend team, the main technical issues, including the Azure Data Box export, have been resolved. The data copy to disk could not be completed; however, a Data Box device was provided for the export operation, which has since been completed and returned. There is still a billing matter that we are currently working on with the backend team, and we will provide an update once it is resolved.
