Microsoft Authenticator - Need to Reset MFA After Stolen Phone - Can't Log In

My phone was stolen a few days ago and I've had a new one replaced by insurance. I didn't have a backup for my Authenticator.

  • When I try to log into my outlook account, it asks for a code in the authenticator app.
  • When I try to log into the Authenticator app, it asks for a code in the Authenticator app.
  • When I try to log into the Microsoft account from my laptop to turn off MFA, it asks for a code in the Authenticator app.

Pretty much the only persisting access I have to my work account is on my work outlook account on my laptop. And if I were to get signed out of this for any reason, I wouldn't be able to get back into it.

I need some way of resetting the Authenticator process without having to get to the Authenticator app. Please help.
