Where or what screen did you see the bitlocker screen, did you get pass that screen and then find you didn't have a network.

Bitlocker lock my laptop. I followed the direction to getting a key, entered the key, got as far as connecting to the network. i then could not connect to the network. I tried resetting the laptop. I tried restoring the laptop. Nothing worked and I can't get rid of this bitlocker. Please help
