    • Does the distorted sound happen only in Solitaire, or in other apps/games too?
    • Are you using the laptop’s built-in speakers, headphones, or an external speaker when it happens?
    • If you change the Windows audio output device (for example, switch from speakers to headphones), does the distortion go away?
