Whenever I try on turn on my gaming laptop, it just takes me to a blue screen and ask me to type in a key, ive done that and it won’t work, ive tried looking up videos but they don’t work. I got my laptop from Christmas of 2024 so it’s still pretty new, can someone please help me cause I’m freaking out i don’t know if it’s broke or what
