Every time I click on my Outlook to open my emails, it brings me to a page where it looks like its opening a letter and then won't go further than that.

    Hello Brianna,

Welcome to the Microsoft Community. I am pleased to assist you with your concern. Can you share if you are accessing outlook via web or outlook application?

Aside from it I will suggest some workarounds:

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies If you're accessing Outlook via a browser.

    On your chromebook, open Chrome.

At the top right, click More. Delete browsing data.

Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.

Select the All types of information you want to remove.

    Click Delete data.

Restart the browser and try opening Outlook.com again

Try Incognito Mode Open a new Incognito window in Chrome (Ctrl + Shift + N) and visit “Outlook.com.” This bypasses extensions and cached data.

Disable Extensions Some browser extensions may interfere with Outlook,

Click the three-dot menu icon (More) in the top right corner of the browser window.

Go to "More tools" and then select "Extensions".

Locate the extension you want to disable.

Toggle the switch to the off position.

Update Chrome Ensure your Chromebook is running the latest version of Chrome OS:

Go to Settings then select About Chrome OS then select Check for updates

Use the Outlook Web App (OWA)

Instead of clicking a shortcut, manually go to https://outlook.office.com and sign in.
