Windows 11 shuts down after computer is locked. Settings do not reflect this action

I have 2 computers running MS Windows 11 Enterprise 24H2 that have suddenly started shutting down after they are locked. Not sure how long it takes as the users will lock the computers when they leave for a period of time and when they come back the computers are shut down all the way, not sleep or hibernate but shut down. Power settings are not set to shutdown computer after any amount of time. I can't find what might be causing this. Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be and how to fix it?
