My mousse and pointer keeps freezing up where the pointer doesnt move

I need some information about your system, are you using a PC with external mouse or a laptop, if that is an external mouse, what is the make/model of the mouse.

Open Device Manager, then select the Processes tab
Leave that utility open to monitor your system.
When the mouse freezes, please provide a screenshot of Task Manager.
It's a regular PC with the mouse that came with it . I can't do anything when it freezes up.
