Tenant wide lockout. Cannot contact MS support to bypass.

I accidentally messed up one of the MFA settings in Entra and now my entire tenant is locked out due to faulty MFA loop. None of my global admins can log in. I have contacted MS support and was put in a general waiting que. The issue is, we run a 24/7 operation and cannot access any of our systems. Any way to get ahold of someone who can escalate this to get the bypass?
