Hi!

Recently my hotmail account is not receiving some emails. I have not received emails from at least two domains I know of, within the last two months.

They're not in my spam folder.

My inbox has plenty of space, and I receive several other mails daily,

I have added the emails to my safe senders & domains

The senders are not on blocked list.

The two sender domains are an established companies, one being APPLE & the other from an accounting company.

They are both being forwarded from my company email & the company that provides this service have provided logs that show they are being rejected by Hotmail.

I can provide the logs if this will help.

    Hi there,

I'm Cherrelyn and I'm here to help.

Please try to double-check your junk and other folders like “Other” or “Clutter), make sure your email rules aren’t accidentally moving or deleting those messages, and review your blocked senders again just to be sure. If the company logs say Hotmail rejected the emails, it could be related to how those senders are set up sometimes issues with their email authentication like SPF or DKIM cause rejection. You might want to reach out to Microsoft support https://support.microsoft.com/ to ask them to check on their end, but meanwhile, asking those companies to verify their email settings can help too.

I hope this will help and If you have any question please feel free to ask.

    Warm regards,

    Cherrelyn
