Request to Reschedule AI-900 Exam Due to Account Access Issues

Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

 

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request assistance with rescheduling my upcoming AI-900 - Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals exam, originally scheduled for Monday, August 11, 2025, at 9:15 PM IST. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to access both my Microsoft Learn and Microsoft Account due to login issues, despite multiple attempts including password resets. Because of this, I am unable to proceed with the exam as planned.

Below are my exam details for your reference:

Registration ID: 513272825

Persnal Email ID:- ******@gmail.com

Exam: AI-900 - Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals - English (ENU)

 scheduled Date & Time: Monday, August 11, 2025, 09:15 PM IST

I have also submitted requests to recover my accounts ( ******@gmail.com) but have not yet been successful. Given these circumstances, I kindly request your support to reschedule my exam at the earliest possible convenience.
