- Go to your phone’s settings → Apps → Microsoft Teams → Storage → Clear Cache and Clear Data
- Uninstall and reinstall the application.
This resolves corrupted local data that may be interfering with authentication
2. Check Guest Organization Access
- On your laptop, go to Teams → Settings → Accounts and Orgs.
- Confirm that the organization you're trying to switch to is listed and accessible.
- On mobile, this list may not fully sync. If you only see one org, it could be a sync issue.

- If your organization enforces Conditional Access (CA) policies, especially MFA or device compliance, these may block access on mobile.
