Unable to access the Test Plan from azure devOps UI ( recieveing 500 error code ), even after having the viewing permission for the same.

Hi Team,

I'm unable to access the Test Plans form Azure devops UI even i have permission for the test plans viewing

I am receiving the response in the postman with the same user token.

I have tried with different browsers still receiving the same issue.

Please help me resolving the same.

Could you please check the below things:

Go to Azure DevOps -> Organization Settings -> Permissions -> Select your groups and ensure manage test controllers is set to Allow.

And Go to your Project -> Project Settings -> Permissions -> Ensure you must be Part of Contributor or Project Administrator -> Set Allow to all the permissions under Test Plans.

Go to Organization Settings -> Users -> Set Access level to Basic + Test Plans.

And clear the cache, cookies and try in different browser or in incognito window.

Try accessing another project’s Test Plans page — see if it’s specific to this one project.

Use the API to list all test plans and their suites and check if any have missing or null fields that could crash the UI.
