Changing pen size and colour in microsoft teams comment feature while annotating on touch display

• Are you using Whiteboard to annotate on your touch display? 
• Can you test on other touch display to see if this issue still persists? 
• What kind of touch display are you using? 

If comfortable, can you provide the sreenshots describing the issue? (Please remember to remove any personal information before updating image on this forum). 

According to my research, your issue typically comes from the uncompatible device. You can confirm that the touch screen display device is compatible with MTRoW. Please refer to Teams Rooms certified systems and peripherals.

Based on the details you shared, I've check if your device is compatible in the Teams Rooms certified systems and peripherals: 

• Iiyama touch display is currently not compatible with the Team Rooms certified systems. 
• YeaLink meetingboard pro is currently not fully supported.

To save your time, I recommend you contact both Microsoft Teams Rooms support and third-party Teams devices support: 

• For Microsoft Teams Rooms support, please follow this instruction: Get support for Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management, create a support request and collect the required information and logs. 
• For third-party Teams devices support: 
  • Yealink: Yealink Support 
  • IIyama: iiyama Support
