Ubuntu always high io loading without many process

High I/O load and an average waiting time (w_await) of 67ms on Ubuntu might be related storage issues.

Could you please try the below steps:

• High swap usage can indicate that the system is running out of RAM, leading to increased I/O wait times. If swap usage is high, consider adding more RAM to the system.
• Identify any processes that are performing large read/write operations and optimize them.
• Use tools like iostat or iotop to monitor disk I/O and identify processes causing high load. Run the command: iostat -x 1
• Adjust the I/O scheduler by changing it to deadline or noop if using cfq.

    echo deadline | sudo tee /sys/block/sdX/queue/scheduler
  

• Use systemctl to disable services like tracker-miner, snapd, or rsyslog if not needed.
