Windows server 2025 DNS console fails to launch with access is denied, DC discovery fails and username password is incorrect when KDC service is started?

I recently introduced a Windows server 2025 DC in my Single Label Domain however I am unable to signin to the server at all just keeps saying incorrect username and password… it’s not my account because I can UNC into the domain controller and remotely connect to it from another machine with PSSession any ideas what could be causing this and how I could fix it…

Replication from the PDC (2025) tells me (1908) Could not find the domain controller for this domain. and (8524) The DSA operation is unable to proceed because of a DNS failure… The time seems to be fine on the domain controller so it’s not that, I have also disabled the firewall. We have Trend Micro and have already isolated by removing it. It is not the problem.

Also, when I restart the 2025 DC after pointing the DNS to itself and stopping DNS on server 2016, DNS console doesn't launch with error "Access is denied". Ping works from client machines which means DNS is responding but unable to discover domain. All SRV records are in place along with _msdcs.domain zone. Anyone faced this issue or have any ideas how to resolve it?
