I have a problem with the resolution of a second monitor as it became low after an update

I have a Microsoft surface Pro 11 and after an update today the resolution of the second monitor is very low. I have follow all advice (update drivers, checked display settings, restore monitor to factory settings, etc) with no luck. I have restarted several times and the resolution is the same.
