I noticed your post is under the Microsoft 365 and Office category, but there’s no PIN feature in Microsoft 365 itself. Could you clarify how this is related to your issue?

Or is the PIN you’re referring to from the Windows Hello sign-in screen (like the one you see on the lock screen)? Are you currently signed in to Windows or currently locked out?

Also, when you say it shows “not connected to internet,” are you able to connect to Wi-Fi or another network before trying to set up the PIN?
