I´m getting an error when I try to open "Windows Performance Analyzer", it seems to be something related with perfcore.dll

I am trying to upgrade Windows Performance Analyzer on my system. The upgrade completes successfully, and I can see the updated version in Programs and PFx86. However, when I launch the application, I get an error stating "Unable to load perfcore.dll." When I checked the application directory, I found that the file is missing.

I tried reinstalling the application but encountered the same issue. I also tested this on a couple of machines and got the same error.
