Hi there! If you bought Windows from Microsoft, your license is usually linked to your Microsoft account, not sent as a separate code.
Sign in at account.microsoft.com and check Services & subscriptions to see if your Windows purchase is there. Then on your new PC, go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation, run Troubleshoot, and pick I changed hardware on this device recently to reassign the license to “RowlyPC.” If that still doesn’t work, contact Microsoft Support with your order number so they can fix it.
