Hello,

I am a registered member of the Microsoft 365 Developer Program and would like to create an instant sandbox for testing Business Central + Outlook + Copilot integration.

However, when I try to set up the sandbox, I get the following error:

The sign in was unsuccessful. For details, see the Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ.

MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-2b27-4ad1-964c-2c0065215391

Code: 41101

I have tried:

Using different browsers (Edge, Chrome, InPrivate/Incognito)

Signing out of all other Microsoft accounts

Using a fresh Microsoft account with no prior tenant association

Clearing cache and cookies

I still receive the same 41101 error.

Could you please help enable the Microsoft 365 E5 Developer subscription for my account, or advise the exact steps needed to successfully provision the sandbox?

Account type: Microsoft personal account / Developer Program member Region: [United State] Purpose: Testing Microsoft Business Central, Outlook integration, and Copilot features in a developer sandbox

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi @Opesmeld Solutions

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

From what I understand, it seems you have successfully met the conditions and registered for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program, is that correct? To activate the sandbox successfully, it's important to meet the program's eligibility criteria. Based on the official Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ, I found the following key information regarding sandbox eligibility:User's imageUser's image

Please refer to Set up a Microsoft 365 developer sandbox subscription and make sure you meet all the requirements mentioned within it to set up your Microsoft 365 E5 sandbox subscription.

If you believe you satisfy the criteria and are still experiencing difficulties, we recommend contacting Microsoft Developer Support for further assistance. Their support team is best positioned to provide direct help and resolve such issues effectively.

Please note that this is a paid support ticket, which means it requires an active support plan or a one-time support purchase. However, the benefit of using this channel is that your inquiry will be routed directly to the Microsoft Product Group responsible for the specific service or feature in question. This team includes engineers and developers who work on the product itself, so they are best positioned to provide accurate, in-depth, and authoritative answers especially for complex or edge-case scenarios that go beyond publicly available documentation or community knowledge.

As a forum moderator, I can help guide discussions and share insights based on public documentation and community knowledge. We don’t have access to the detailed system needed to troubleshoot this effectively due to privacy and security constraints.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I truly hope it gets resolved for you soon.
