Unable to Restore Account in Microsoft Authenticator After Removal

I removed my account from the Microsoft Authenticator app and want to add it back. Unfortunately, the only MFA method set up for the account is Microsoft Authenticator, which makes it impossible to sign in and restore access. As a result, I am locked out of any services requiring this authentication.
