Azure SQL is getting in sleep mode

I have created one application, where we are trying to login through Google authentication, it seems that azure sql database gets in sleep mode. due to that we are unable to login in first attempt. it get expire and when we try again, it gets logged in.
Can you please assist us so that we can login in first attempt without any failure.
