Lost connection between Facebook & Microsoft Authenticator when I get a new phone

I have Facebook set up to use Microsoft Authenticator for 2FA. However, apparently I didn’t have iCloud backup set up, and when I got a new phone, Microsoft Authenticator no longer connects to my Facebook. There is no way to change the 2FA within Facebook without authenticating the old way first.

Is there any way to access this previous connection so that I can log into Facebook? (Note I mostly want to log in for the purpose of disconnecting it with Spotify and deleting my Facebook account).
