how do i pay my invoice when my billing has been set up incorrectly?

My Azure account has been set up incorrectly meaning that I do not have access to make an immediate payment for an outstanding invoice. I own the company. cloud direct were configured to it and we have departed company after 2 years of having no resolution to this issue. So now we are dealing with Microsoft Azure who say they can't help unless we raise a support request. We cannot raise a support request because we are configured incorrectly. We are caught in a loop.
