"Developer account registration blocked – Access restricted and no response from support (Ticket ID: 2507160030009810)"
Hello, I’ve been trying to register a developer account through the Microsoft Partner Center, but I encountered several issues that have blocked my progress.
🗓️ On July 17, 2025, I submitted a support ticket (ID: 2507160030009810) via email. 🗓️ Later, I followed up on Twitter as well, but aside from one brief reply, I’ve received no meaningful response — and it’s now been almost a full month.
During the registration process:
I completed the required steps and even provided my ATM card number, which resulted in a $1 charge, indicating that the system was verifying my identity.
However, instead of creating a developer account, it seems to have created a regular Microsoft account.
When I tried to continue, I was unexpectedly assigned a .onmicrosoft.com organizational email, which I never requested. This may have happened due to a system error.
I’m building a professional Arabic PDF reader and other programs, so I need access to developer tools and APIs. Please note: 🔸 I prefer responses in Arabic, as it’s easier for me to understand and follow up.
I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this issue or guidance on how to proceed correctly.
