URGENT | Why have I lost everything? Why has my profile been reset?

My Microsoft learn training account has been reset back to level 1 with 100 points. I have lost everything; my progress, my saved plans, my achivements, badges, etc. I did not request for my account to be reset - I request that my account be restored urgently as I need to show that I have been using this platform as I motivate to be able to write a few certification this year.

Your urgent assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Also, the learning site has not support email or chatbox feature hence I sent this request this way.

    Thanks for your prompt response.

    However, you have misunderstood my issue; this is not a certification issue. This is a profile issue. My profile has been reset which includes losing a lot of data around the various modules, courses, learning paths. I need my profile to be restored because as it stands it looks like I have never done anything ever on this profile - I am back to level 1 at 100 points where as I have spent copious hours and days putting in a lot of effort. I need to do certain things for my work and this has set me back big time...

    While I am thankful for your guidance unfortunately I have seen the pages you have linked above and none of them help me with my situation to be honest. I have also seen these posts that have gone unresolved of the same issue I am experiencing:

    Can you point me in the direction of a support consultant, email or forum? It is rather peculiar that there is no way to contact someone when you need help.
