    Hi @Amandeep Singh,

Good day! Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum and sharing the detail.

Regarding the detail information you provided, the issue your user is experiencing can occur due to some possible causes, like display rendering, add-ins, or application settings. To help us narrow it down and help locate the issue, please try the steps below:

    1. Please turn off hardware graphics acceleration in Excel
    • Sometimes Excel’s hardware acceleration can cause display problems.
    • To disable it: Open Excel > File > Options > Advanced > Display
    • Check Disable hardware graphics acceleration, then restart Excel.
    • In some environments, such as certain server or remote desktop setups, this option may not appear.
    1. Accessing Excel in Safe Mode to check if add-ins are causing the issue:
    • Even after disabling add-ins, remnants or COM add-ins still case instability
    • Press Windows + R, type excel /safe, and press Enter.
    • If Excel works fine in Safe Mode, the problem is likely related to an add-in.
    1. The next thing to try is repairing Office. Here’s how:
    • If the above steps don’t help, try repairing Office:
    • Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Select Microsoft 365 > Change > Choose Online Repair.
    1. Try Delete completely and reinstall office (if possible)
    • If the issue still persists after repair: kindly uninstall Microsoft 365 completely and reinstall the latest version.

While you’re working through these steps, please also check the logs for any related errors:

    • Event Viewer: Look under Application logs for Excel.exe.
    • Office Telemetry Logs: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Telemetry

If you run into any issues or the problem continues after these steps, let me know and I’ll assist further.

Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to your update.
