I try and keep templates for my most common emails. My quickparts did not transfer over when I switched to Mac. How do I create numerous templates for email without going over the miniscule 34kb?

Hi! I understand the situation, unfortunately there's native way to bypass this limit, as a workaround, If you're often moving between Mac and Windows and want something cross-platform, compose emails (fully formatted) and save them in your Drafts folder, when needed, open the draft, modify as needed, and send, this avoids template size limits entirely and keeps your formatting and attachments intact.

There are also some third party add-ins that you could try to avoid the 32 KB constraint entirely.

Are you running into this on a Mac or are you assuming that the Windows limit applies? Where are you saving the templates?

AFAIK the default location for Outlook templates is the Mac's Documents folder. Unlike the My Templates add-in on Windows there is no such restriction. Volume of content should be limited only by the amount of free disk space.
