If you are, log out of the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app, restart your device and log back again with the same email account.
To reset the Microsoft Store in Windows 11, you can follow these steps:
- Press Windows + I to open the Settings app.

- Scroll down and click on Installed apps.
- In the list of installed apps, locate Microsoft Store. You can search for it using the search bar if needed.
- Click the three vertical dots next to Microsoft Store, then select Advanced options.
