The excel attachment in Azure Logic App is not populating content.

I have several logic apps that retrieve data from a SQL Server query, populate a spreadsheet and send the spreadsheet in an email as an attachment. One of the logic apps stopped sending the content of the spreadsheet. I'm using Office365, onedriveforbusiness, excelonlinebusiness, and sql connectors to process this logic app. I've reauthorized all the connectors to check for authentication and they are all good. The spreadsheet is created perfectly in OneDrive, just the email attachment is not pulling the content as expected.
