The excel attachment in Azure Logic App is not populating content.

I have several logic apps that retrieve data from a SQL Server query, populate a spreadsheet and send the spreadsheet in an email as an attachment. One of the logic apps stopped sending the content of the spreadsheet. I'm using Office365, onedriveforbusiness, excelonlinebusiness, and sql connectors to process this logic app. I've reauthorized all the connectors to check for authentication and they are all good. The spreadsheet is created perfectly in OneDrive, just the email attachment is not pulling the content as expected.

Have you checked the Run History for the Logic App?

Does the Get file content action output show both $content and $content-type?

Is $content empty or does it have a long Base64 string?

File in OneDrive

When you open the file directly from OneDrive (not via email), does it open correctly and contain the data?

Is the file size in OneDrive roughly what you expect?

Email Step

In the Send an email action, what exactly is being passed into ContentBytes — is it the $content property or the whole body output?

Is the file name set with a .xlsx extension inside the attachment properties?

Encoding

Are you applying base64() anywhere in the workflow for the file?

Have you tried re‑adding the email step to avoid any hidden double‑encoding issues?

Connector & Environment

What connectors and versions are you currently using (Office 365 Outlook, OneDrive for Business, etc.)?

Have there been any recent changes in your environment (Logic App Designer version, connector updates, OneDrive file path changes)?

File Size & Limitations

How large is the generated Excel file?

Could it be close to or over the 1MB limit for Office 365 email attachments via Logic Apps?

Test Behavior

If you replace the Excel file with a simple text or CSV file in the workflow as a test, does the email attachment show content correctly?

Does the issue happen every time or intermittently?

Great Questions, I did just try to connect directly to a file with the GetFile Content process and it worked perfectly. So why doesn't it work when I use the Get File Content using the dynamic File Locator?
I'm using the OneDriveForBusiness connection for the file location, Office365 for Send An Email(v2) and the ExcelForBusiness for the excel file creation. Not sure what I can send to show you this process.
