Can not restore microsoft authenticator from icloud backup

For some reason, my iPhone reset, and I recovered using the iCloud backup. However, when I try to use Microsoft Authenticator, the previous accounts are not there. When I try to restore from "Microsoft Authenticator backup", it prompts me to authenticate using the Microsoft Authenticator, but as mentioned, I have to restore the Authenticator. So, how can I recover my accounts?
