    Hello Mandy Hancock,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.
I realize that you're having some trouble with billing from Microsoft, and I'm so sorry for that.

To get refund your payment, please:

    1. Go to Contact Us - Microsoft and sign in your account.
    2. Type Refund in the search box.
    3. Click Get help and Select Contact Support.
    4. Choose Microsoft 365 and Office as Products and Services; and Cancel my subscription as Category.
    5. Click Confirm.
    6. You can choose to chat with a support representative.

Note: The chat support team only works during certain working hours. Therefore, if the last window indicates that you are unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.

You can also have a phone support: go to Customer service phone numbers then select your region.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Best regards,

Alex | Microsoft Q&A Support Specialist
