Unable to Resubmit Business Verification for Azure Startup Credits After Initial Denial

I’m seeking assistance with resubmitting my business verification for the Azure Startup Credit Offer ($5,000 total). Here’s my situation: I initially received the $1,000 credit as a new Azure customer and used most of it. Over three weeks ago, I applied for the additional $4,000 through business verification, but my application was denied because my LLC wasn’t yet registered with the state at that time.
Now, my LLC is fully registered, but I’m unable to resubmit the verification. When I log into Azure, I still see the “Verify Your Business” banner. However, clicking on it results in a message saying, “Could not verify your business, you will be switched back to normal billing once your original $1,000 credits are used.” I’ve tried opening support tickets with Microsoft to ask when or how I can resubmit, but I haven’t received a clear answer, and the system isn’t allowing me to reapply.
My questions are:
1. Is there a specific waiting period or process to resubmit business verification after an initial denial?
2. How can I resolve the error message and get the option to reapply now that my LLC is registered?
3. Are there alternative support channels or steps I can take to address this issue with Microsoft for Startups or Azure support?
