I’m having an issue in Microsoft Bookings where available hours are not showing on the booking page for the assigned service, despite completing the following steps:
- Added staff to the service and ensured the checkbox for that service is ticked.
- Set working hours correctly in my staff profile.
Verified there are no “Time off” entries blocking availability.
- Confirmed “Show to customers” is turned on for the profile.
- Checked the service duration to ensure it fits within my available hours.
- Ensured the booking page time zone matches my working hours.
Even after these checks, my available time slots are still not appearing.
Could you please check if there is:
- A conflict or restriction in my Outlook calendar is blocking availability.
Any settings at the organization/tenant level that could override staff availability.
- Any known sync issues between Microsoft Bookings and Outlook/Exchange for my account.
