Hello Nizar Zubari,
To reactivate your Azure credits, you need to ensure that you have activated them within the required timeframe. According to the guidelines, you must activate your Azure credits within 90 days of accepting the program agreement. If you have missed this window, your offer will expire, and you will need to reapply to regain access to the investor offer.
If your credits are still within the activation period and appear inactive, follow the below steps and activate your credits.
- Sign in to the Founders Hub.
- On the Home page, find "Activate your Azure Account" and click "Activate Azure".
- Follow the steps to link your Microsoft account and complete the registration.
Once activated, make sure the Azure Sponsorship account is correctly linked. Only the account owner can access the Azure portal to monitor credit usage and spending. If you're facing issues with sponsorship or activation, confirm you're signed in with the correct Azure account that was registered with the program.
Additionally, please note that the updated credit balance may sometimes appear in the Azure Sponsorship Portal rather than directly in the Founders Hub portal. In some cases, this delay is due to a synchronization issue, which typically resolves itself over time.
So, please check the status of your credits by logging into the Azure portal and navigating to Cost Management -> Billing -> Payment methods.
