Unable to log in to Hardware Developer Program account after payment binding timeout

Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I encountered an issue while registering for the Hardware Developer Program.

Account Information

• Microsoft Entra Tenant Prefix: juicedata.onmicrosoft.com

Issue Description

1. I successfully created the account ******@juicedata.onmicrosoft.com during the Hardware Developer Program registration.
2. While attempting to bind the payment information, the page timed out and the submission failed.
3. After that, I can no longer log in with ******@juicedata.onmicrosoft.com — logging in always shows “Access Denied”.
4. I also cannot register a new account using the same juicedata.onmicrosoft.com tenant prefix.
