I am writing to kindly request assistance regarding my Azure AI Engineer Associate certification (AI-102), which unfortunately expired yesterday. I had intended to complete the renewal assessment today, but upon logging in, I discovered that the renewal option is no longer available.

I understand that renewals must be completed before the expiration date. However, since I missed the deadline by just one day, I am hoping there might be a possibility to reopen the renewal window temporarily so I can complete the assessment and maintain my certification status.
