    Dear @Angeline poh,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft 365 Q&A Forum. I understand you're experiencing an issue where screen sharing stops and a popup appears after a few minutes, repeatedly throughout your meeting. I’m here to help.

Before we proceed, I just want to clarify

    • Are you using Microsoft Teams on the desktop app or the web version that is having issues?
    • If you're using the app, could you please try the web version and let me know if the issue persists there as well? This helps us determine whether the issue is app specific.

While I'm waiting for your response, I suggest you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Check your internet connection
Ensure a stable and high-speed connection. Restart your modem/router if needed.
    2. Update Microsoft Teams    To confirm that you're now using the newest version of Teams Desktop App. Go to Settings > About > Version to check. The application will display the current version number and the date it was last updated in a banner at the top of the window.  User's image If you're still using the older version, update and restart Teams after updating.
    3. Monitor call health
Use Teams’ built-in Call Health feature to check real-time metrics for screen sharing and network quality.  If possible, please share a screenshot or summary of the Call Health results with me. This will help me better understand the issue and assist you more effectively.
    4. Reinstall Teams
Uninstall and reinstall the app to reset any corrupted settings. Uninstall Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support
    5. Check Permissions: If you're using a corporate network or have certain security settings in place, ensure that screen sharing is allowed and properly configured in your settings.
    6. Clear Teams Cache (Windows):  You can try to Clear cache by following this reference: Clear the Teams client cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn  User's image

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please let me know your device type and Teams version, and I’ll assist you further.
