Win 10 - Removing/hiding title bar from game windows?

Hello. I am playing an old Chess game ("Chessmaster 9000"), and noticed the game sometimes has little blue bars akin to the title bars on a File Explorer window.
These seemed to appear whenever I had to drag a window to move it to a different location, and while some windows are unaffected (such as the "Shortcuts" window, which I did not need to move), I am unsure as to what these bars actually are or if they can be hidden at all.

Given the game's age, it could also be a byproduct of that, or the fact it only runs in Windowed Mode (it doesn't seem to have a fullscreen option), or even from the fact I believe the software is only 32-bit instead of a more modern game running as a 64-bit app.

Regardless of whether this could be adjusted in any way, I nevertheless thank you for your time and consideration.

    Hi there,

I'm Cherrelyn and I'm here to help.

Since Chessmaster 9000 doesn’t have a built-in fullscreen mode, you could try forcing borderless fullscreen with a tool like Borderless Gaming or DXWnd. They can hide the title bar and make the game fill the screen without altering its resolution. Otherwise, it’s just a limitation of the old windowed design.

I hope this will help and if you have any question please feel free to ask.

    Warm regards,

    Cherrelyn
