When will the cancel operation for my SQL managed instance complete not that it's been 4+ days?

While a scaling operation to increase storage for our SQL managed instance was in-progress, we chose to delete the SQL managed instance. The status for the SQL managed instance is 'deleting' but the resource hasn't completed the deletion in 4+ days, and is stuck on the following operation: Step 2/3: SQL Instance Cleanup - In Progress What can be done to complete this delete operation for this SQL managed instance resource immediately, since this operation has been running for 4+ days?
