Office 2024 Install

Just purchased what I thought was Office Home and Business 2024. I am getting a continuous error 30094-1. I have turned off firewall after setting a rule to allow this program to run. I have shut off my AV as well but still get this error. Purchase says no refunds, but this is ridiculous. Any help is appreciated.

    Try using the Offline installer of Office 2024 Home and Business.

    Open the Img file and run Setup.exe.

    Did you purchase Office from a third-party seller? If you received a product key, what is the product name that you see after you redeemed your product key in your account?
